Here are just a few of the many activities:

Mountain Biking
The lifts operate during the summer season to carry bikes to the top of the mountain; so you can have the exhilarating downhill experience without the effort of pedalling :-) There are many trails ranging in level from family to technical. There is even a 100km circuit for the fanatics. Good quality bikes are available for hire. Guided tours are also available from 23€.

Canyoning
This involves dressing in a wetsuit and plunging into pools and sliding down the the channels cut into the rock by the local torrents. We have several beginner and intermediate descents in the valley nearby. Price 43€.

Walking
There are superb mountain walks in the valley ranging from a short stroll to the gite by Lac de Lou; where you can sample local cheese and saussison; to a more vigorous climb up to see the glacier. Marmots, chamois and summer flowers such as Genepi and Edelweiss may be encountered along the way. Guided tours are available from 12€.

Via Ferrata
This is a special from of rock climbing which does not involve ropes or a lot of technical equipment. Get to go places you never dreamed of! We have two routes. One beginner and one intermediate. Equipment and guiding are available. There are also courses of conventional rock climbing. Price from 30€.

White Water Rafting
There is a spectacular descent on the river Doron – Age 14+

Fishing
There are several good spots along the Doron. I am not an expert but I saw someone with 4 large trout in their net in July :-)
